‘Western Whiskey’: Tracy Dempsey Originals

More from this show

Baker Tracy Dempsey has been making pastries in the Valley since 1999. Chefs proudly announce on their menu that they feature Tracy Dempsey desserts. She is a teacher turned pastry chef, and her Tempe shop Tracy Dempsey Originals offers pastries for sale as well as cooking classes.

For this episode, she created a whiskey dessert using Copper City Bourbon from Arizona Distilling Co., the first legal spirit distillery in Phoenix. Try the recipe for yourself!
