Hana Japanese Eatery is a small restaurant in Phoenix that specializes in Japanese food and sushi. Mark Tarbell joins Chef Lori Hashimoto in her kitchen to prepare the very popular Hana Bento Box. The chef works with much of her family in the restaurant and is family owned.
