Proposed Election Law Changes

Changes are being proposed to election law, one in particular that has the business community up in arms. Critics say one change would put the onus on anyone donating more than $500 in a year to political candidates to prove they have not broken laws. Glenn Hamer, president and CEO of the Arizona Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Tom Collins, executive director of the Clean Elections Commission, join Arizona Horizon to talk about the proposed changes.
