Five candidates running for three open seats on the Arizona Corporation Commission will debate issues related to the commission, including utility regulation, solar power and recent controversies impacting almost all members of the commission. Incumbents Robert “Bob” Burns and Andy Tobin will be joined by others running for the office. Republican and former Chandler mayor Boyd Dunn, Democrats William “Bill” Mundell, a former commissioner and lawmaker, and former lawmaker Tom Chabin, will join the debate.
