On this episode of “Arizona Horizon,” we sit down with Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego to discuss a letter she wrote to the city manager proposing the council have 45 days to develop a transparency initiative following increased ICE activity. Mayor Gallego also talked about the light rail expansion and more.

We also heard from Dr. Leo Odle, a primary care physician, as he talked about the links between being a night owl and its risk to cardiovascular health.
