A plan was announced today in Phoenix that would allow 120,000 veterans to use CVS MinuteClinics for routine health care. Arizona Republic reporter Dennis Wagner, who broke the story of healthcare delivery problems at VA medical centers, will tell us about the effort to help veterans get quicker care.
