Initiative Reform Referendum

State lawmakers passed three laws during the 2017 session that will make it a lot harder for citizens to exercise their right to pass initiatives to change laws directly by vote. Voters of Arizona is a group that has formed to refer the laws to the ballot. We’ll hear more from former Arizona Attorney Grant Woods, who is helping to lead the referendum drive.
