New report shows minorities over represented in Arizona prisons

A new report shows that people of color are over represented in Arizona’s prisons and are disproportionately incarcerated for non-violent crimes, despite numerous studies showing that people of all races commit crimes at a similar rate. We hear from Felicity Rose, director of research and policy for the Arizona Criminal Justice Report.
