City issues before the legislature

The League of Arizona Cities and Towns is working on several issues of importance to municipalities this year. The league would like to see lawmakers address issues like tax equity for businesses and partisan elections for cities and towns. Ken Strobeck, executive director of the league, discusses those issues.
