Arizona housing affordability for the poor third-worst in nation

A new report by the National Low Income Housing Coalition shows that Arizona’s rental supply for low-income residents is dipping, resulting in the state being the third-worst in the nation when it comes to housing affordability for the poor. Mark Stapp, the Arizona State University W. P. Carey Master of Real Estate Development executive director, will tell us more about the situation.
