APS disconnect issue​

The Arizona Corporation Commission recently approved new rules that ban electrical shutoffs for most electric utilities in our state during the summer. The action was taken following the death of a woman who had her electricity disconnected for a partial non-payment. We hear about the issue from APS executive vice president for operations Daniel Froetscher.
