The Arizona office of the USDA Rural Development last year invested $360 million in Arizona communities to help with community facilities like schools and hospitals, telecommunications, business financing and more. We talk to Jack Smith, the new director of the Arizona office of USDA Rural Development, about how the agency helps Arizonans and his plans for the office.
