Goodyear vaping ordinance

The Goodyear city council is considering an ordinance that would make it illegal for anyone under 21 to buy or use vaping products. Besides that, the new ordinance will ban smoking and vaping at schools and school events, and will ban those activities in public parks and trails as well. We’ll hear more from Goodyear councilman Joe Pizzillo.

'American Masters: Rothko' paints intimate portrait of legendary artist
