Iowa Satellite Caucus

For the first time, Iowans who are not at home will be able to participate in the caucuses that are used to pick a presidential nominee. The Democratic Party in Iowa is offering caucus participation via satellite. We’ll talk with James Clark, who will participate in an Iowa caucus from Tucson.
