On this episode of “Arizona Horizon,” Dr. Evelyn Farkas, executive director of McCain Institute, discussed updates with the U.S. war with Iran and Russia’s involvement. More than 140 U.S. service people have been wounded and seven have died since the U.S. and Israel launched a combined attack on Iran toppling the oppressive Khomeini regime.
