Saturday, March 3

“An Evening with Lucia Micarelli” at 7 p.m. – New
A superb classical musician, Micarelli is recognized throughout the world for her performances with Josh Groban, Chris Botti and Jethro Tull, as well as for her starring role on the HBO series “Treme.” These diverse influences come together in a musical map that spans from classical to jazz to traditional fiddle music and Americana. Between songs, Micarelli provides insight into her music as well as a behind-the-scenes look at her 2009 near-career-ending accident and her recovery. “The Beatles: Eight Days a Week – The Touring Years” at 8:30 p.m.
The first feature-length documentary authorized by The Beatles since 1970, “Eight Days a Week” features rare and never-before-seen archival concert footage and interviews, plus new interviews with Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr and numerous prominent observers. Experience the exhilaration of The Beatles’ phenomenal rise to fame, as well as the toll it eventually took on the band members, prompting them to stop touring altogether in August 1966 and devote their energies to the series of ground-breaking studio recordings. Monday, March 5

“Jimmy Buffett: Buried Treasure” at 9 p.m. – New
Explore the beginning of Buffett’s career – his “pre-beach” years – in his hometown of Mobile, Alabama, where his earliest recordings have been unearthed and restored, and are being released for the first time. Early demos, great stories and in-concert performances bring Buffett’s musical roots to life. Get the CD/DVD set.

Tuesday, March 6

“Folk Legends: Isn’t That a Time!” at 8:30 p.m.
Treasure this last and historic gathering of the artists who defined folk music, including Peter, Paul and Mary, Arlo Guthrie, Pete Seeger and The Weavers. The 2003 Carnegie Hall concert features performances the artists considered among their best. (Also Wednesday, March 7, at 1 a.m.) Get the CD/DVD set.

Wednesday, March 7

“Andrea Bocelli – Landmarks Live in Concert: A Great Performances Special” at 7 p.m.
Hear the international superstar and his special guests in a once-in-a-lifetime concert at the Palazzo Vecchio in Florence, Italy. Join Bocelli and host Chad Smith for an up close and personal tour and of the tenor’s villa in Tuscany as well as the city of Florence with mayor Dario Nardella. Get tickets to see Andrea perform live at Talking Stick Resort Arena in December.

“Rolling Stones: Sticky Fingers at the Fonda Theater” at 8:30 p.m. – New
In May 2015, the Rolling Stones performed their entire “Sticky Fingers” album live in concert for the first and so far only time in their career. The show celebrated the album’s reissue and was the opening night of the band’s “Zip Code” tour of North America. The intimate setting of Hollywood’s Fonda Theatre made this an incredibly special occasion. (Also Thursday, March 8, at 10:30 p.m.) Get the CD/DVD set.

“Roy Orbison: Black & White Night 30” at 7:30 p.m.

“Doo Wop Generations” at 7:30 p.m. – New
Celebrate the new generation of Doo Wop performers as the original legends reunite to pass the torch. “Celtic Thunder X” at 7 p.m. – New
The Celtic Thunder phenomenon began ten years ago when a group of talented Irish lads made their debut on public television. “The Bee Gees One for All Tour – Live in Australia 1989” at 9 p.m. – New
Recorded live in Melbourne, Australia in November 1989, this concert film features the Gibb brothers performing tracks from as far back as their 1966 breakthrough hit “Spicks and Specks” through their classic ‘70s and ‘80s songs.

Monday, March 12

“Celtic Woman – Homecoming: Ireland” at 7 p.m. – New

“Last of the Breed” at 7 p.m.
