Tuition Tax Credits

The U.S. Supreme Court dismissed a lawsuit challenging Arizona’s tuition tax credit program. The high court ruled that the program involves private money going to private organizations. Opponents argued that the law involved government financing for religious activities. ASU law professor Paul Bender, who represented the challengers, discusses the ruling.
