Balanced Budget Amendment

28 states have passed resolutions to ask congress to call a constitutional convention to consider passing an amendment requiring the federal government to have a balanced budget. The approval of 34 states is needed to call for the convention, and Arizona is one the states that has not passed a resolution yet.
