Lawsuit Against Initiative Law

State lawmakers passed a law that will make it harder to get citizen-led initiatives on the ballot. The law requiring strict compliance on initiatives is being challenged in court. We’ll hear more from Joel Edman, executive director of the Arizona Advocacy Network.
