In this special edition of AZ Horizon we take a look back at some of the valley performing arts companies we’ve featured over the past year. Among the companies highlighted are the Southwest Shakespeare Company, whose goal is to bring Shakespeare to the masses, Center Dance Ensemble, who’s artistic director is in her 80’s, and Detour Company Theatre, where special needs actors have an opportunity to perform on stage.
