Fourth National Climate Assessment

The U.S. Global Change Research Program issued its latest report on the impacts of climate change in the U.S. and its territories on Nov. 23. The report is written to help various groups with a stake in the impacts of climate change understand those impacts.  Dave White, a professor in the Arizona State University School of Community Resources and Development, tells us more
