Arizona Supreme Court Chief Justice Scott Bales is retiring from the court July 31 after 14 years on the bench and 5 years as chief justice. The move will give Arizona Governor Doug Ducey his fifth Supreme Court nomination. Bales will look back on his time on the court and talk about his future.
