Scottsdale Arts outreach event to celebrate arts’ role in the community

Scottsdale Arts Education and Outreach will hold a special event to acknowledge the role of the arts in a vibrant, thriving, healthy community. The “Work of HeArt” event will take place Thursday, May 2, during the 8th Annual Arts Education Showcase at Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts. We’ll hear more about the event and the role of arts in the community from Natalie Marsh, director of Scottsdale Arts Education & Outreach, and Christine Harthun, arts education coordinator.
