Legislative Update: The latest on the state budget

The state budget is starting to move through the legislature. Appropriations committees in the House and Senate held hearings on the $11.8 billion spending plan which was negotiated between the Governor and Republicans. We talk to Ben Giles of the AZ Capital Times about how close the budget is to being a done deal.
