While the use of marijuana is legal in some form in the majority of states, it is not legal with respect to federal laws.  Banks, whether federally or state chartered, are all regulated by the feds, which means that they have to follow federal laws. Arizona PBS Producer Allysa Adams found out that this makes for a messy business when it comes to how, when and with whom legal marijuana businesses can bank.
