A discussion on recent election suits

More from this show

GOP gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake filed a lawsuit last Friday challenging the certification of the election. In her 70-page suit, she makes numerous claims including that printer failures at some polling places disenfranchised voters in Maricopa County, creating a “debacle” in the county.

Meanwhile defeated GOP candidate for state AG, Abe Hamadeh, filed a similar suit with the RNC. The suit claims errors and inaccuracies in how polling places were operated and how ballots were processed and tabulated.

Thomas L. Ryan, Trial Attorney, discussed whether or not the suits have merits and the ins and outs of what we can expect in court.
