Confirmation hearings have gotten underway for U.S. Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh. Senate Democrats complained they were not given enough time to view documents on Kavanaugh, which were given to them the night before the hearings started. We get analysis from ASU law professor Paul Bender.
