Know your rights as an employee and an employer

The Coronavirus can bring up many legal issues at the workplace, such as can an employee deny a request to wear a face mask, do workers need to be paid for short-term workplace closures, and can an employer take a worker’s temperature? Those and other questions will be answered by Jessica Post, partner at Fennemore Craig and head of the Labor and Employment practice group.
