The number of Latino-owned businesses nearly doubled in the past decade and Latinos make up nearly a quarter of new entrepreneurs. But how do those Hispanic business owners feel about reopening the economy? Horizonte host José Cárdenas talked to Monica Villalobos, president and CEO of the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
