Fourteen local arts groups partner together to host the ArtWORKS PHX Creative City Symposium, an event that aims to inspire innovation and collaboration between local artists and business leaders.

Phoenix Community Alliance chairman of the Arts, Culture and Public Life committee Carol Poore says the event has a series of panel discussions, where speakers will explore the importance of developing relationships between businesses and the arts. The event will be held at the Renaissance Phoenix Downtown Hotel from 1-7:30 p.m. on Nov. 2.
