Federal government won’t help students whose student loans were misspent

The U.S. Department of Education will not come to the rescue of students nationwide attending Argosy University whose loan money was spent by the university on other needs instead of going to the students. That leaves many students in bad shape, as some use the loans for daily living expenses. Rachel Leingang of the Arizona Republic broke the story and will fill in the details.
