‘Rising Stars’: Anhelo

We followed Chef Ivan Jacobo last season as he organized a pop-up diner at a Phoenix art gallery. A year later, Jacobo has opened Anhelo, his own brick and mortar location in a historic building in Heritage Square. Jacobo shows us how he hand-crafted his restaurant, from the handmade tables to his incredible menu. In this episode, his staff also honors the chef in a very special way.
