More from this show

We are said to live in an “obesogenic environment” – meaning a food environment that makes us fat. We eat when we see food or see others eating, and we eat based on how much it appears we are served. Thus, our environment can make us eat more. In this episode we discuss how you can control your eating environment rather than having it control you.
