This I Believe Project

More from this show

Polarization is a feature of current life, not only in politics but also along ethnic, economic, educational and geographical lines. What compels people to stick to beliefs that can drive a wedge between friends, family and neighbors? NPR producer and New York Times best-selling author Dan Gediman has some insights into that, thanks to his “This I Believe” project, with 250,000 having shared their beliefs through written essays. Gediman talks about his project at Arizona State University’s West Campus, and talks on Arizona Horizon as well.
