Aliento founder’s hopes for immigration with a new President

Montoya is optimistic about the Biden administration prioritizing immigration. Biden’s immigration plan includes an executive order. She also remembers how immigrants were treated the last time Biden served in the white house. Montoya still has hope that this time around they will learn from the past.
